Recruited to launch the new Practice Development Division of BTL Aesthetics in the US and promote, support & drive customer utilization for new to launch EMsculpt in Central and Rocky Mountain Region. Responsible for support with system sales for BTL EMsuite brand of devices (EMsella, EMtone; EMsculpt). Hybrid position of marketing, business development, clinical, staff training, and device sales. New program launch. Hired to support the creation of their Practice Development Program. Worked 5 months under JGconsulting LLC, under direction of their Director of Marketing, to create sales materials and assets for both US sales team and new and existing Lumenis accounts. Hired as W2 in late 2019, as full time employee to work cross-functionally with the Lumenis marketing team, US sales team, and to be POC post care support for all US active accounts. Responsible for the creation of both US sales and practice facing support materials and for the redesign of their practice support web portal. Key focus of role was positioned to attended and represent post care support program at all Lumenis National Mastery Meetings (a 2 day demo + didactic event designed to drive sales) across various key markets in the US, to promote, educate, and share in their new value add proposition of post-care support program and assist in close of business.

Responsible for marketing, staff education, and providing patient educational event support for IFUSE trained surgeons in a 14-state territory, working along side 8 surgical reps. Cadaver & IFUSE procedure trained, I supported and covered multiple OR cases weekly (as representatives of company were required to be present). Goal of position was to grow case volume, support OR case coverage (when needed), educate staff, collect patient and physician testimonials (including 3rd party videographer and filming), host patient educational events, build referral networks, educate and gain recognition of importance among physical therapists, chiropractors, and pain specialists through CE programs and trainings. I was consistently awarded as Top 1% performer quarter over quarter. (Division Dissolved)

Recruited to co-create and launch a national post-care support program that provided business strategies, practice management, marketing, and sales support for both Western sales team and new and existing accounts. Responsible for onboarding new accounts, staff training, marketing and sales team support (value add) for Western US accounts and sales reps. Co-hosted Bi-Annual Practice Marketing Symposium (with leadership team) as co-creator of materials, presentational speaker, new sales support and ongoing account management. (Program dissolved)

Hybrid role combining sales, post-care marketing, clinical training, business management, strategy, and event planning for aesthetic practices.
