An operations and sales driven hospitality specialist who is dedicated to helping clients, guests and ownership by addressing their specific needs and goals. I have worked in the marketing/events field since 2002 beginning as a part-time assistant at an environmental non-profit and worked my way through the sports and entertainment industries. Time was spent employed with the New Orleans Saints during Hurricane Katrina and, post-storm, three FM radio stations. I started my career in the hospitality industry by procuring more knowledge in the areas of food and wine while working at Vino Volo. I spent time as an employee in the Baltimore Convention Center organizing show power for Edlen Electrical Exhibition Services. Invaluable experience was added to my resume as the the Director of Marketing and Group Sales for a 5000 seat Arena, Conference Center and Athletic Complex in Indiana, PA. I was then acquired as the opening Director of Sales for the Hilton Garden Inn Indiana at IUP which opened it’s doors on November 1,2016. I was promoted to my dream job of General Manager for the property in February of 2018. I was given the opportunity to take a Regional GM role in the South where I continued to grow in my hospitality journey thanks to Parks Hospitality Group. I eventually settled back in my home state of PA when an opportunity became available a little closer to home. My husband received an opportunity in Florida and we have found our forever home in Jacksonville.
