She serves as the liaison for Crown Bank with regulatory divisions and legal and accounting firms, facilitating the enhancement of Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, and other critical documents supporting the bank’s expansion.Recognized as a leader of transformation, previously, as the former Chief Operating Officer at Flagship Bank, she drove growth and turnaround initiatives. Her expertise includes strategic planning, operational efficiency, and employee engagement resulting in exponential growth. Partnering with Executive leadership she transformed a 100MM bank into a 1B organization, led two successful bank acquisitions, doubling asset size, market share, and product growth while building an integrative culture.
