I am a psychologist, coach, and minister to senior executives, entrepreneurs, and change leaders who are committed to making their workplaces and the world more compassionate, fair, and just. I am currently living out my mission as a professor of social-organizational psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University and as the founder of Earthseed LLC, a conscious leadership & organization development collective committed to human transformation in the service of equity, healing, and justice. For over 20 years, I have been devoted to changing the hearts, minds, and habits of purposeful people in progressive places like the United Way of New York City, The New School University, The Coalition of Essential Schools, Google, Progyny, Luminary Labs, IBM, the NBA, and many other organizations. I possess multidisciplinary expertise in critical theories of social identity, education, change leadership, social-organizational psychology, and interspirituality. I am a certified professional coach, hold several advanced degrees from Princeton, Stanford, and Columbia University, and received my ministerial ordination from One Spirit.
