As Director of Store Planning and Design Jackie is responsible for process, document production, and communication of all store planning projects. She partners with internal and external teams to successfully execute projects. Drives process, staffing requirements, coaching, and system development to maximize productivity and efficiency. Directly responsible for managing the Satellite Studio office including hiring, firing, performance appraisal, goal setting, merit increases, and bonus awards. Assists the GM in determining the appropriate size of the satellite teams including the jobs each team member holds, how much full time staff is required, and when to utilize contract or temporary workers to fill the gap. Recommends budgets and respective expenditures. Ensures costing of projects adequately covers all related expenses. Develops and implements tools and templates to increase operating efficiency and oversees responsibilities of team members (work allocation, team member roles) Focuses department efforts on priority projects.Manages and Coordinates Construction Drawing sets with Client, Architects, Install Teams, and Internal Development and Production teams.Develops and implements drafting standard and procedures for all Fixture Production Drawing Sets, Installation Details and Manuals.Reviews Engineering Details, Design Intent Details, and Construction Drawings sets to insure accuracy and consistency in program development.Manages on-going program development and adaptation of design to fit within the required Architectural space.
