As Sales & Marketing Administrator for Orion Industries and Surface Solutions Group, my job is two-fold. First and foremost, my priorities lean toward customer service, ensuring that each customer has an approachable, eager, reassuring point-of-contact in all stages of the sales process, from initial quoting to final payment. I strive to provide quick and thorough responses as the liaison between customers and their sales technicians.On the marketing side, I maintain our websites, and spearhead all projects regarding any site redesigns and revisions. Through the websites, and by keeping up our social media pages, I am able to keep current and prospective customers abreast of all of the technological news in regards to our companies and to the fluoropolymer industry in general. This includes writing blogs, and composing tech sheets that reach our customers every day, both digitally and in print. I do my best to bring fresh ideas to the table, while devising creative and resourceful solutions to bridge the gap between traditional processes and new customers in this highly technological age.In a broader scope, I also provide executive-level administration, working directly under the Chairman and President of the companies. Being results-driven and technologically proficient, I am able to fulfill an extremely wide array of needs for my superiors and support the rest of my team. I am also lead coordinator for all employee appreciation events, including our summer activities and our annual Christmas party.Behind the scenes, I keep strict, organized records of all sales leads and update these records as they move through the production cycle. With these records, I routinely do conversion analysis, used to generate data and conclusions in order to assess past leads and get a better understanding of customers' needs.Finally, I bring a positive attitude and quite a bit of laughter to the workplace, which I like to believe is good for the entire team as a whole.
