Trusted and valued consultant to the business responsible for building and executing a data driven talent strategy in support of the human capital plan and business goals. Strategy includes building a talent philosophy and differentiated development opportunities for all associates in support of career vitality and mobility.

Responsible for creating program content and design based on a high level framework. Hired, developed and launched our first cohort of 12 trusting participants who graduated in December of 2018. Continued to evolve program content and deliverables creating a robust experience for young professional Liberal Arts talent.
