While our main client is the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, we do accept referrals from other approved sources. -Work one on one with employees in division (team of 18 people) for training, coaching, and teaching-Responsible for planning the merchandise from the truck to the floor (approximately 10,000 units per week for my division)-Manager on Duty shifts, cash room and back office responsibilities, and annual reviews for division (16 people for 2011 calendar year)-Review of business trends and needs, provide feedback to ASM based on those reviews, develop weekly and monthly plans for needs of division and store – assess regularly to make adjustments as needed.-Plan and organize division floor (SSP’s); which includes all women’s apparel. Division 8 is approximately 36% of our stores business, and through my direct leadership Division 8 has seen gains of up to +192%
