After starting out in fundraising at large global humanitarian organizations like Amnesty International, I transitioned to leadership roles of increasing scale within the innovation ecosystem: first at Venture for America, helping aspiring entrepreneurs and founders; then at Chobani, supporting the growth of early-stage companies; later at CHANEL, future-proofing the brand via emerging tech exploration and employee engagement, and most recently designing communities, growth initiatives and new lines of business at startups like On Deck and Summit.
