Growing up, my mom was the breadwinner (fueling my passion for female empowerment) and my dad was a teacher & preacher (fueling my love of education, service, and storytelling). I majored in religion during undergrad because I've always been curious about how humans seek out (and how organizations try to facilitate) community, connection, and a sense of purpose. This led me to co-found three organizations that empower individuals to become their best self (Dent Education, edwell, and YaYa) and become Head of People at Ello.Oh, and I'm a proud mama and former U-19 national rugby player! On the side, I love coaching, facilitating workshops, and public speaking. Some of my writing and online talks are linked below, including:-Stanford keynote-TEDx talk-Princeton commencement speech
