Global business responsibility for the strategy, operations, and performance.Responsible for developing and building a new subsidiary to identify and drive innovate platform opportunities, and enable significant growth in new business segments.

• Direct and manage project and product development for U.S. chemical and pharmaceutical companies to source raw materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, and specialty chemicals from China. • Determine U.S. customers’ product needs, quality standards, technical and logistical concerns regarding manufacturing process. • Define and manage project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables and revise as necessary. • Perform the resources planning and cost estimate to achieve business goals. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals for quality assurance. • Communicate with the U.S. customers and manufacturers in China throughout the project life cycle. • Perform experiments on organic synthesis and provide technical support required for process and product optimization. • Conduct quality control including chemical analysis and performance tests to assess the quality of imported products.
