As Health and Fitness Manager at BP Meadhurst Club I worked as part of the Fitness Team. My role included interviewing and employing new Fitness professionals, organising day to day rotas. I was responsible to the smooth running of the gym, offering a variety of exercise classes to suit all members, particularly for the BP employees whose daily time schedules were often intense, so classes would fit around their day predominately.I took core conditioning classes and Studio Cycling classes myself and provided Weight Management courses for BP employees.I also worked as a Personal Trainer and specialised in Core and Functional training together with Distance running training and strengthening.I also used my customer service skills whilst dealing with members as part of the role as Duty Manager.
