• Supported the Arts Office in implementing the Creative Ireland strategy for Louth, assisted with strategic planning for the future direction of the arts in public policy in Louth• Contributed to a panel in assessing grants for various arts funding scheme• As part of the Louth Culture team, I built a strong network of relationships with stakeholders within the cultural, arts and heritage sectors• Supported community projects, in collaboration with artists to build their events and projects, from grant application to launch

• Programmed and coordinated the Creative Ireland’s Children’s festival for Co Louth• Directed all marketing and communications for the event

• Programmed and directed this large-scale Age Friendly Ireland event across five Local Authorities in three counties to promote creativity in older age• Designed the programme of activities, identified venues, and sourced the artists, musicians, and facilitators for the five events• Managed the logistics of the production of the activities (eg. creative workshops, musicians, drama productions) in each of the five venues and managed a team of volunteers• Handled all local media promotion, and post reporting requirements

• Timetabled delivery of the event programme which was live streamed on YouTube (online festival due to pandemic constraints)• Coordinated the development of all online media assets and a promotional film• Developed and ran a digital marketing strategy for the events
