I lead experience strategy for Sapient's Retail practice in North America, focusing on supporting some of the world's largest B2C and B2B brands in enhancing their customer experience across the end-to-end customer journey and expanding brand ecosystems. I work across the entire spectrum of digital and physical experience to create holistic, engaging, and customer-centric strategies that drive customer loyalty, brand affinity, and business success.As our global lead for Sapient's Connected Retail Store Experience offering, I combine my breadth of knowledge across the entire digital ecosystem with specific expertise on digital signage and related in-venue technology. I have worked across verticals, including Retail, QSR, Travel & Hospitality, and Sports & Entertainment, to develop digital solutions in physical spaces. Areas of focus include digital menu boards, digital signage, kiosks, in-venue wayfinding, data-driven customer experience, mobile applications, advertising and monetization strategy, and analytics and measurement solutions for venues. I'm experienced in the entire lifecycle of in-venue deployments: from vendor selection and strategy, through creative concepting and execution of both end user and administrative interfaces, software build, test and deploy, vendor management, fabrication and installation, and post-live managed service operations. I have led digital menu board strategy and technology programs for leading category brands, and am the Product Owner of Sapient’s Premise solution.
