As a Contact and Case Manager with the region the role is to support, educate, contact trace and guide individuals who have tested positive for COVID 19. Understanding its transmission, linking its spread, providing correct education and information about the virus and assisting to contain and eliminate the spread of this crippling virus within the community is the ultimate goal.
