I’m a storyteller to the core, a connoisseur of content, and a firm believer in the power of social proof and engagement. Developing standards for social customer interaction allows us to serve their needs and use the insights they provide to elevate how we do business. – They Won’t Admit It, but They Need Help – The buyer on the other end of your marketing message is often uninformed and indecisive.
