As the Vice President of Gamma Phi Beta, I conduct weekly chapter meetings for over 400 members. To keep information in order I utilize Excel spreadsheets to keep track of merit points for the 400 members which has increased membership and engagement for the organization. Furthermore, I collaborate with other officers to conduct hearings to ensure our standards are being upheld by allowing members to voice their testimony and then determine a fair sentence. In order to keep Gamma Phi Beta in good standing, I formulate reports of chapter engagement to send to panhellenic. I managed several committees by using my communication skills to delegate task and assign deadlines so that officers understood their responsibilities and remained organized
