- Responsible for the property management of a portfolio consisting of 690,000 sf of commercial space ranging from triple net (NNN) industrial buildings to full-service class A office- Responsible for leasing and marketing and tenant retention for assigned portfolio. - Prepare and oversee the implantation of operating budgets for assigned portfolio.- Prepare monthly financial reporting for clients.- Maintain vendor and tenant insurance for the company’s entire portfolio, consisting of 1,840,381 sf.

- Provide high level of assistance to four commercial property managers in overseeing triple net (NNN) industrial buildings to full-service class A office - Carry out property management responsibilities of a 5-acre high-profile land parcel for preparation of eventual development of a 5-story office building and parking garage- Assume responsibility in managing vendor services, conducting property inspections, organizing tenant events, preparing contracts, handling all insurance, and drafting email correspondences- Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing MRI, a property management and accounting software - Establish long-term relationships by serving as a focal point of contact for maintenance calls of 185 tenants- Provide assistance in planning and coordinating building projects, allocating property budgets, managing more than 185 leases, and ensuring market ready conditions of vacant spaces
