My project management experience includes serving as Project Lead on multiple special project teams as that required time-sensitive business solutions across telecommunications, information technology, and biotechnology industries for Fortune 1000 companies such as Cigna, Nutrisystem, Comcast, Aramark, Freedom Mortgage, SEI Investments, AdminServer, Netscan, American Water, and SecureInfo.

-Support the recruitment/hiring activities of 3 separate business units, consisting of 3 Vice Presidents and all of their direct reports-Manage the full lifecycle recruitment and onboarding of top technology professionals ranging from Engineers through Senior Directors-Build and maintain cross-functional relationships throughout the organization with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Finance

- Responsible for recruiting and client relationship management at Comcast Corporation- Support the hiring efforts for 2 large groups within Comcast, consisting of 2 Vice Presidents, 4 Executive Directors, 8 Senior Directors and 15 Senior Managers- Manage 25-30 active requisitions through all phases of the recruitment lifecycle (creation of requisition, kickoff and weekly update meetings with Hiring Managers, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations and on-boarding)- Conduct weekly presentations to the Vice Presidents of each group providing detailed status updates of each requisition- Utilize robust data analysis, reporting and applicant tracking applications including SAP, Sharepoint and iCIMS
