My mission is for you to feel at home in your body using movement and breath as a way to build connection with Self. For you to feel into your body, drop out of your head and into your heart - moving the way that you move. I do this by weaving together inspiring cues and musical beats that empower students to embody their truth.I have taught movement since 2013, when I began teaching for Pure Barre. In 2017, I completed my 200-hour yoga training RYT in Dallas with CorePower. I earned my ACE group fitness certification in 2019 to become a Master Barre Trainer and became Lagree certified in March 2020. I finished my 300-hour yoga training with The River Yoga in Denver in 2020 and am now a 500 hr RYT teacher.
