I was part of a small team recruited to help promote two health tools for Kaiser Permanente. For My Health Manager, I assisted patients creating a profile, as well as helped them trouble shoot when they had problems logging in and/or using the website. I also helped promote the new kiosk, coaching the patients on how to use the machine for check-ins.
