As a dedicated and ambitious junior at Northern Illinois University, I am passionate about making a difference in underrepresented communities. Currently majoring in Nursing with a minor in Spanish, I strive to combine my medical knowledge with cultural competence to provide holistic and inclusive care.In my role as an Operations Supervisor at NIU, I have improved my leadership, communication, and time management skills. My ability to stay organized and persistent has been key in managing daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly.My commitment to leadership and service is reflected in my involvement in various student organizations. In the Fall 2024 semester, I will be taking on executive positions as Vice President and Standards Officer for Kappa Delta Chi. Additionally, I will serve as the Social Media Chair for Chi Alpha Epsilon, where I aim to enhance our online presence and engagement. As a Rising Scholar and Honors Fellow in the NIU Honors Program, I continuously seek opportunities for growth and excellence.
