I was our only Salesforce administrator and I worked with Jackie on a consistent daily basis. When Jackie started at Addigy, we had very few marketing processes in place. We had been using Marketo, we had lost our Marketo SMEs several months before, and we had not replaced any of these roles. Jackie hadn’t worked with Reddit, but she jumped right in, did some personal testing, found the best practices, and quickly established a very strong reddit marketing strategy. In this situation, many marketers would just stick to what they know, but not Jackie. Addigy greatly benefitted as a result. Work at Addigy was very fast paced and we were usually always a lean team! Even when faced with difficult decisions, tough deadlines, and ongoing stress around us, Jackie was always positive and kept her intent on completing the task at hand.
