Jackie holds a BA in Sociology from the University of Minnesota, a MEd in Counseling Psychology from the University of Wisconsin River Falls, and an EdD in Global Indigenous Teaching and Learning with a Doctoral Minor in Evaluation Studies from the School of Organizational Learning and Professional Development from the University of Minnesota.
