On leaving college I worked as a Branch Administrator in a direct sales branch of Save & Prosper for 9 years.After leaving Save & Prosper I joined Sovereign Employee Benefits in 1992 as a Pensions Administrator. I was promoted to Administration Manager in 1999 and in 2002 I was promoted my current position.I supervise the Admin Team at MWM Employee Benefits Limited and we administer the full range of Employee Benefit Schemes that are currently available.I provide help and guidance to the Admin Team as well as administering Employee Benefit Schemes directly for clients as well. One of my specialist areas is the administration of Occupational Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit Schemes. This involves providing the full administration service to Trustees and providing accurate and timely information to members of the Schemes.MWM Employee Benefits Limited is able to provide advice and administration services across all types of Employee Benefit Schemes and we would be happy to offer advice regarding arrangements that are already in place, as well as providing advice and guidance in respect of the implementation of new employee benefit schemes.
