Current● Develop and implement direct hire orientation checklist, coordinating with the safety department on DOT requirements● Create and execute a written recruiting plan● Implement file and document tracking system for accurate and timely purging of data● Coordinating with multiple lines of business for current staffing needs• Perform recruiting, and screening process for direct hires including DOT requirements• Working with multiple staffing agencies to fill temp to hire staffing needs• Accurately track accrual and usage of New York State Sick Leave for all employees• Develop and implement temp to perm staff orientation• Develop and implement an application tracking system• Work with the safety department on updating DOT files• Work with safety department on executing a new safety training program• Work with CFO on open enrollment, and continued employee benefits• Research changes in Federal, State, and Local laws to ensure complaint business practices• Maintain OSHA logs for 3 locations• Complete worker’s compensation process• Utilize Axon • Utilize Pedigree
