Monitor and optimize all social media ads

• I manage all Social Media accounts of the 7 Midas locations in the Edmonton Area, as well as monitor/neutralize online reviews and encourage customers to leave new and positive reviews• I create, publish and promote new offers and sales on a daily, weekly and monthly basic to encourage new business and esure returning customers, and also post strategic content to engage the online community• I pioneered and developed an internet sales system which brings us $400-$1200 daily; I manage the platform by tracking and analysing the online sales figures, trends and discrepancies to optimize and improve the system. I’m also answering questions, booking appointments, providing quotes and more through our online CRM platforms while working together with the sales team and technicians of each shop• Assess SEO configurations; monitor analytics on both website and intranet• Collaborate with Corporate Communications team in the development and execution of strategic and tactical communication plans and marketing campaigns• I manage and coordinate all corporate events and public gatherings hosted by Midas through social media postings and Eventbrite, also doing follow up posts with pictures of the event
