Showroom Sales Manager
CurrentAfter months of dedication, growth, and tremendous success at Aroma360, I accepted the role of opening and managing our most promising new showroom located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. This Las Olas showroom is the first to introduce Aroma360's new modernized concept, and is predicted to be one of, if not the highest grossing store we have opened to date. As showroom manager I am responsible for my own sales objectives, the training and management of my sales team, as well as the overall success and growth of the store. I am rightfully expected to remain the top seller of my showroom. I am dedicated to the transformation and success of my team, and I cultivate an environment that encourages continuous growth, revision, and progress. As showroom manager I am not only responsible for driving sales and revenue, but for the overall operation of the storefront, and dynamic of the sales team. I am involved with developing and training new sales tactics, acquiring, qualifying, and converting leads, maintaining public relations, inventory management, staffing, training, analyzing performance metrics, crisis management, and general business developement. I am committed to cultivating an uplifting environment that strives for nothing less than excellence, serving clients with the 5 star service they deserve, and pushing our team and store to previously impossible heights.
