Leading and managing a team of 4 Agile Delivery Managers and 2 Business Analysts across the entire UNiDAYS Platform as part of a year-long maternity cover. Focused on building the Product Delivery team and process to ensure a common vision, understanding and accountability across a 75-strong Department. Working as a Senior Agile Delivery Manager, delivering requirements to 4 development teams, while implementing Agile practices and improving the way initiatives are established and prioritised. Apply an Agile methodology to deliver new and innovative alternative payment methods. Responsibilities include:- Managing a development team to make sure the right product and features are built in the right way- Strategically plan development of features, while constantly assessing and determining priorities- Work with numerous areas of the business, including facilitating workshops, to gain and refine requirements to ensure the correct solution is developed- Investigate and solve issues with live Tier 1 merchants to ensure quick resolution and maintain a high level customer satisfaction- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders around the business, including product managers and the product sponsors- Liaise with all areas of the business to ensure any technical questions asked are responded to accurately and promptly to make sure deadlines are met- Host and present in numerous different ceremonies to ensure day to day progress is made within the given project- Receive valuable mentoring from both senior Product Owners and Line Manager to ensure personal development is made
