Jack is a Director at PwC Melbourne. With over ten years of professional experience in the private clients sector, Jack is a corporate tax specialist and has significant expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions and international tax.Over this time Jack has worked on numerous M&A transactions, assisting clients with their acquisition activities (including by providing tax due diligence and domestic and international structuring services) as well as working on tax exit readiness strategies for clients looking to unlock maximum value from their once in a lifetime event. He has also assisted a broad range of clients with extensive tax consulting and compliance obligations. Jack’s clients include some of Australia's largest listed public companies, private equity and investment firms, multinational companies looking at international expansion and capital raising as well as a number of large privately owned and high-growth groups.
