Often asked to assist and advise in corporate mergers and acquisitions.Major Accomplishments • Developed an 8 Million a year company to 30 million a year organization. • Developed all operating procedures, including Production Control, Quality Control and Accounting Procedures.• Responsible for all capital expenditures.• Negotiated all lines of credit with vendors.• Developed Employee Guidelines and Management Procedures.• Developed a team-oriented commitment to schedule atmosphere with a focus on “zero” defects.• Developed existing computerized system, to included Inventory Control, Job Costing and Client History.

Also involved in commercial printing. Answered directly to Chief Executive Officer. This key position was responsible for all phases of the organization.Major Accomplishments • Installed Computer-Driven Shop Floor Production Control System.• Developed and installed Computer-Driven Estimating and Job Costing System• Played a key role in acquisition of state-of-the-art printing equipment totaling several million dollars• Rebuilt and redirected both the Sales and Customer Service Departments, both of which were lacking in discipline and low in moral. These efforts culminated in a threefold increase in customer base and a twofold increase in gross sales.
