I am a dedicated sports management professional with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from the University of Tampa. My passion for the sports industry drives me to excel in multiple roles, where I leverage my skills in customer service, sales, and event management to create exceptional experiences.Currently, I am balancing dual roles as a Sport and Event Sales Intern at FanGate Solutions and as a 50/50 Raffle Coordinator - Manager for the Ted Williams Foundation. At FanGate Solutions, I focus on ticket sales, marketing, and delivering top-notch customer service at sports and entertainment events. My responsibilities include managing ticket reviews, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a professional representation of our clients.In my role with the Ted Williams Foundation, I oversee the launch and management of the first 50/50 raffle in Baltimore Orioles history. I lead a team of 35, handle game-day operations, and engage with Baltimore Orioles representatives to drive successful outcomes.Previously, I excelled as a 50/50 Charity Ambassador with the Tampa Bay Rays and Rowdies, achieving top fundraising positions, and as a Marketing and Sales Intern with the Frederick Keys and Spire City Ghost Hounds, where I contributed to promotional efforts and managed game-day logistics.With strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and a problem-solving mindset, I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive applications.
