Main Responsibilities:• Proactively source talent for all areas of the firm, in particular for Financial Services Advisory (FSA) via LinkedIn Recruiter in order to strategically pipeline for the business and reduce agency spend.• Personally responsible for saving Grant Thornton over €125,000 in agency fees.• Strategically mapping out recruitment projects via LinkedIn Talent Insights to ensure projects are set up effectively and to provide insights to hiring managers e.g. expected time frames, hiring demands, best companies to target, industries to target, untouched markets.• Managed various HR projects i.e. internal audits, induction, and LinkedIn ensuring correct number of people were assigned, liaising effectively with stakeholders and meeting deadlines.• Pulling reports from LinkedIn to share specific data with hiring managers in relation to their open roles. • Extending offers of employment and drafting contracts for candidates.• Sharing constructive feedback with unsuccessful candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.• Managing invoicing and ensuring all purchase orders are returned to supplier’s efficiently. • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Designing recruitment process maps and sharing with hiring managers. • Managing high volumes of interviews and on-boarding for new hires to the firm.• Delivering presentations to audiences including HR colleagues, Hiring Managers and other European Grant Thornton member firms.• Ensuring recruitment data is collected and inputted correctly into relevant trackers.• Acting as main point of contact for our LinkedIn recruitment partners.• Liaising with agencies to bring talented candidates to the firm.
