This unique client operates a complex energy network, with on-site electricity generation and sale. Processes included a full value chain mapping of emissions sources, collaborating with stakeholders across 70 sites and 5 countries, measuring all identified emissions sources, and engaging with key management personnel regarding future measurement opportunities and reduction pathways. Emissions measurement and management for a leading agricultural producer- Engaging with SLT and key stakeholders at the company to develop an bespoke measurement approach for the emissions of the company. The approach saw a full scope 1 - 3 emissions measurement, including multiple industrial sites and numerous agricultural sites. A key process within this project was to enable the company to develop internal capability for these processes, allowing the company to champion this work across future reporting periods, and to identify and improve data collection and measurement issues and opportunities.B Corp: B for Good Programme mentorship- The B for Good programme was developed by B Corp and NZTE to provide SME businesses within Aotearoa New Zealand with a development course and access to B Consultants to enable progression through their B Corp impact assessment. I was the Chief Operations Officer and one of the four directors of Bomb Bucha Limited. This company was started by myself and three others. We provide an alcoholic kombucha product and offer an environmental twist. 1% of revenue is donated to Live Ocean and we have offset our carbon business emissions for 2020 by 200%.

At Muncher Ltd, a student-run start-up company, I was hired as the Systems Designer. In this role, I created operations manuals, created supply chain resilience strategies, developed supplier and customer relations, and built the MRP system and requirements for the company. Within a short period of time, I was offered the role of Operations Officer which increased my responsibilities to include business decisions and management.

In this role I am tasked as a duty manager for the liquor store. I am required to follow and uphold the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act and ensure the safe operation of the store.

My job as a line supervisor is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of a production line and the supervising of line workers.

I worked on the Premium (Central Auckland) delivery trucks. This work entailed checking loads departing the Pride, delivering to the customer in full and on time and any reverse logistics required (empty keg collections, return ABC crates etc).
