-Responsible for creating and validating Academia’s first ever reader product suite aimed at non-academics; built two products which became top five converting products within 90 days, generating 8k upgrades monthly.- Created a user research database at Academia.edu which efficiently stored thousands of hours of research findings, allowing the organization to funnel existing research into new innovative product directions.- Collaborated closely with the CTO, COO and CEO on high-visibility projects ranging from product marketing to analyzing user interview data.- Oversaw design and copy for 100+ A/B tests, from rapid marketing iterations that drove 50%+ increases in premium conversion rates to product & algorithm testing that boosted user satisfaction by 20%+.

- Drove design & research for native mobile apps (iOS and Android) including launching both apps from 0 states.-Managed free site functionality, including direct to site traffic (~75mm users) and email triggered traffic (~100mm emails/month).- Executed full end-to-end redesign of most trafficked page on site, resulting in a significant increase(141%)in on-page engagement; handled site redesign and algorithm rearchitecture resulting in a 30% increase in on-site downloads.

Design Lead on Epocrates, the #1 medical reference app worldwide, with over 1 million monthly active users.- Produced interactive, high-fidelity prototypes & strategic initiative documents for Epocrates, the #1 medical reference tool in America, for an audience of more than one million users.- Designed and researched prototypes for the Universal Patient Experience, empowering patients to own aggregated health information. Designs were were shown to Congress as a representation of effective, modern healthcare technology.- Coordinated resourcing, styles & design practices across four scrum teams.

Led design & research on scheduling & billing worklows for the Universal Patient Portal – athenahealth’s first public, consumer facing application with an audience of ten million users.
