About Jack Kimbell, Che, Ccm

Work is important, but family is more so. Don't put work first. When you leave it, you will be replaced. Years ago, we nearly lost my wife & mother to our 4 girls to infectious peritonitis. Then, I had open heart surgery. Since then we've had 3 daughters get married & 2 grandchildren born. What I learned was be effective & productive at work and then let it go & "be"with family more. Afterall, you only get one shot...Lessons learned... Leaders must be tough & fair. A tough-minded leader reasons their way to the correct course of action and isn't seduced by what's easy. They lead by example, empower people, turn them loose, hold them accountable and show them they care. They care about both their people AND results (people first, as they drive your results). You can have great quality & service, grow revenue, AND increase profitability. You don't need to come up with all the ideas. Your goal is create an atmosphere wherein great ideas can come about from your people & thrive. Then, keep everyone focused on your WHY, HOW and WHAT. Great leaders are catalysts who create service profit chain processes that grow Employee, Customer &/or Member Satisfaction AND Financial Results. The goal is build a great workplace that grows people and profits. Remember, you cannot expense your way to greatness...This is not how most companies are run in the US. So, it is even more important for you to take care of your people (even if it means bending / breaking some rules...
