● Managed 15-20 individual cases of community standards (conduct) per week, related to drugs and alcohol, demonstrating efficiency and ability to hold students accountable while showing care● Supervised, trained, and evaluated 17 undergraduate student staff to support 800 residents’ transition to college● Oversaw learning communities development and response, addressing safety and inclusivity

● Served as the chief executive officer of the sole representative body of graduate students at the California Polytechnic State University● Demonstrated knowledge of Title V, CSU policies and procedures, and University rules and regulations as it relates to registered student organizations, student activities and expression, and student governance

• Planned and implemented trainings for 50 orientation leaders on leadership and professional development, academic colleges, campus resources, and inclusive language• Communicated with multiple professional staff members of campus departments such as ethnic and gender program directors to best relay their department resources during Orientation Leader (OL) training • Presented to groups of 400+ first-year and transfer students about campus procedures for class-registration, along with informing them of their rights and responsibilities under FERPA• Served as a para-professional and mentor to 15 orientation leaders
