My career journey has taken me from enrollment management to academic affairs to the private for-profit and non-profit sectors. Currently, I partner with higher education stakeholders toward fulfilling the ETS non-profit mission to advance quality and equity in education. This work builds on my experiences in enrollment management and marketing; product, program and market development; academic administration and university consulting.Since transitioning from my role as an aide to Congressman Rush Holt (NJ-12), I have served five universities in an administrative & teaching role – Rider University, Drexel University, Philadelphia University, West Chester University of Pennsylvania, and Thomas Jefferson University. In addition to my direct roles for institutions, I have provided admissions and enrollment consulting for 50+ colleges and universities. As graduate market director for Capture Higher Ed, I focused on client growth and client success while contributing thought leadership to the broader graduate education community. As AVP of Graduate Enrollment Solutions for Liaison, I leverage my experiences to help institutions and graduate/professional learners address their challenges so they can achieve their unique goals.I continue to teach as associate faculty for Thomas Jefferson University, where I served as associate dean of graduate studies. My B.A. degree is from Rider University, and my M.A. is from Villanova University.
