Established a boutique real estate investment company whose mission is to give people a better place to live. The firm specializes in developing new and renovating existing Class A & B single family homes for ultimate sale or leasing to long term tenants. Firm also provides asset-based financing to other qualified investor-clients.

Responsible for driving cross-BU initiatives designed to optimize and reshape company operations. Position also involved developing crucial fact-based analyses on the company’s markets and game plan options on how to strengthen its competitive posture. Key contributions included: Market Diagnostic & Re-invention Support Project (2017 – 2018): Designed a comprehensive 5-point local market diagnostic designed to objectively assess the efficacy of the local brand value propositions across ~40 operating markets for Realogy’s largest division. The findings drove competitive response plans uniquely tailored to local needs and operating conditions. Enterprise Organic Growth Strategy Development (2016 - 2017): Led a comprehensive effort to develop and codify the company’s first ever, enterprise-wide “One Realogy” organic growth strategy. Project objectives were to design strategies to “win at the core”, accelerate growth through extensions of value chain, becoming a natural owner of tech & non-tech disruption and aligning the organization via a revised operating model.

Chief Audit Executive with responsibility for Company's Internal Audit, Sox 302/404 compliance, and proactive risk advisory and control assessment services. Key accomplishments included: Business Transformation & Optimization (non-Audit related (2015 – 2016): Designed and quarterbacked a large-scale, enterprise-wide effort to both optimize and align company resources to various business strategies. The overarching goal of the 18-work stream effort was to increase organizational efficiency while improving or maintaining service levels. The initiative yielded $75m in annual run rate cost savings while significantly improving the organization’s overall servicing levels via creation of various Centers of Excellence supporting key operations. International Strategy Task Force (non-Audit related 2014 – 2015): Appointed as chairman of an executive-level task force focused on the analysis and evaluation of global strategic business opportunities. Produced a comprehensive, data-driven analysis of developed & emerging market dynamics, competitive landscape, as well as recommendations on potential expansion opportunities (i.e. core, adjacencies and “fundamentally new spaces”). Output included a sustainable analytical toolkit that can be periodically updated and re-leveraged to support future international expansion needs. Continuous Risk & Control Environment Improvement (2007 - 2017): Created the Corporate Audit Department from scratch in 2007 following spinoff from Cendant Corp.  Asset Recovery Program (2007 - 2017): Executed comprehensive asset recovery program that collectively yielded over $11 million in cash on an inception-to-date basis.

Directed multi-disciplinary departments, including accounting, finance, sales support, and financial planning operations for the $800mm real estate franchising Business Unit. Managed internal controls and SOX 404 compliance. Established positive working relationships with business leaders to develop financial forecasts, identify cost reduction opportunities, maximize revenues, and optimize cash flow.
