Manager Operations - Systems Support** Coordinate and manage a team to provide much of my previous duties - see "Performance Analyst" at PGW.Manage and coordinate various activities related to software applications and database systems. Including SSRS report development (SQL, VB.NET, PL/SQL) and maintenance, system enhancements, application performance outages and security. Coordinate with external departments in order to maintain application reliability and integrity and is the technical expert for the department.

1. Use SQL, PL/SQL, VB.NET and SSRS to provide data for analysis.2. Supports capital and operating budget development for Field Operations with Accounting & Budgets.3. Recommend and support proposed budget amendments based on actual performance against planned work volumes and budgets. 4. Tracks and reports variances against work plans and budgets, including but not limited to: a) Reports of actual Field Operations work volumes against forecasted monthly work volumes. b) Reports of capital and operating expenditures against the planned budget. c) Reports of actual unit cost against planned unit costs.5. Assists Field Operations in understanding and mitigating the situations that lead to variances.6. Provides ongoing management and maintenance of the operational performance data for reporting into Field Operations, including but not limited to: a) Creating, mobilizing and distributing operational reports that track completion of departmental goals, including work volume and cost targets. b) Reporting existing and new operational performance metrics related to Field Operations. c) Improving data reporting methods for efficient use of time and for data accuracy.7. Conducts advanced analysis on operational and financial metrics that are managed through Resource Management, including but not limited to: a) Analysis of forecasted work volumes and actual completed work volumes to understand variances. b) Monitoring data, work plan progress and generating reports related to work volumes and budgets managed from Resource Management.8. Recommend work plan adjustments based on analysis of Resource Management operational and financial metrics.9. Identifies potential continuous improvement opportunities related to cost efficiency and productivity improvement.10. Leads project initiatives related to continuous improvement opportunities identified through Resource Management.

Personnel of MOS 7051 employ firefighting equipment and extinguishing materials to rescue victims involved in aircraft crashes and to fight fires in and around aircraft or structure. Typical duties include operating, servicing, inspecting, and testing aircraft firefighting and rescue vehicles, firefighting systems, controls, and rescue equipment; instructing personnel in the technique and procedures of fighting fires and operating heavy equipment to hoist and salvage all types of naval aircraft.
