I am currently working as a Talent Acquisition Scout for Kingfisher PLC, Europes leading home improvement retailer, comprising of 6 major retailers including B&Q and Screwfix here in the UK.My role at Kingfisher is the be the Recruitment Partner to 8 major functions including Commercial, HR, Finance, Legal, Sustainability, Product Design, Product Quality, and Product Range Development.Through specialist recruitment expertise, I utilise a suite of online and traditional tools (including CV mining, advertising, networking, social media and briefing 3rd parties as appropriate) to source and attract high-quality candidates for vacancies and to create a proactive talent pool.
