• Rig up and rig down of all work equipment.• Fix equipment as needed in the field.• Observe and maintain equipment during flowback test.• Knowledge in three phase separators, flare stack and other flowback equipment.• Documenting acquired flow rate data hourly for engineers.• Perform field tests on fluid such as API, salinity, pH etc.• Observing and reporting any potential safety hazards with rig up and conduct immediate course of action to correct.

• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to identify continuous improvement opportunities/strategy to overall safety, and reliability of assets.• Track LMS/ ELS (Work orders, labor hours) performance and provide improvement initiatives.• Evaluate and update the standard operating procedures.• Support the team in achieving daily target and organizational goals including working varied shifts and overtime as needed.• Ensure accurate data is captured with the use of Warehouse Management System (WMS).• Identify and conduct training needs among the team.

• Proficiently managing well testing with Haimo’s Multi Phase Flow Meters (MPFM) as Team Lead with strong exposure to Well testing and Flow Measurement of light and heavy oil, high GVF and high-pressure Wells• Expert in surface well testing using both fixed and mobile MPFM; and preventive maintenance of MPFM• Proficient in calibration of field instruments, designing of Mechanical Components, analysis of designed components, and communicating knowledge with peers• Familiarity with Fire and Gas Protection systems, HSE Management System, Emergency Response and Action Plans• Proactively managing the supervision and inspection of the installation and commissioning of MPFMs at Ecuador for Andes Petroleum and PetrOriental• Providing optimum guidance strategies to crew to achieve safety and efficiency while rig up and rig down of HPT.• Exploring project potentials through proper planning and management of daily activities; consequently, preparing material and reports of day-to-day activities and testing while maintaining constant communication with clients, contractors and vendors, while reporting to Operations Supervisors, Managers and Administration.• Design tools/fixtures to ensure maximum utilization of sample and to avoid wastage.• Prepare documents and ensure that the work goes according to the prescribed Health, Safety and Environmental and company standards.• Supervise technicians and ensure that the work does not deviate from the prescribed procedures, investigate and rectify any risks and implement controls to minimize and eliminate risks.• Ensure the proper operation of the meters and handover Well Test Reports to the client.• Carry out scheduled and preventive maintenance of equipment to affirm breakdown free working.• Calibration of field instruments.• Testing of both mobile and fixed meters.• Conveying communications and instructions from Upper Management to crew members to confirm safe and efficient job completion.
