Work with new and existing customers in order to identify unrealized customer needs and recommend best practices for solutions to meet customer business needs.• Coordinate and execute the company’s proposal process, including clarifying customer needs, writing or reviewing contracts, and validating proposals before delivery to customer.• Define project resource plans, including internal and contract resources. Managing project teams and subcontractor resources during project delivery. Work with sales, legal, and finance personnel during proposal, contracting, and delivery phases. Manage conflict and competition between teams and across organizational lines. Monitor projects to ensure completion within defined schedule, budget, and quality parameters. • Recruit, onboard, and manage staff development.• Lead and manage internal and external resources to meet project objectives effectively. Maintain open communication among project team members and lead project review meetings. • Help team members establish open, collaborative relationships. Maintain enthusiasm, energy, and focus in a variety of circumstances. Translate project objectives and vision into clear goals for the team. Manage team members to achieve project objectives.• Provide overall revenue and professional fees forecast.
