• 2e-volve are a Managed Service provider providing IT support for around 60 small businesses in central Scotland. Here we provide technical support for a range of industries in areas such as hardware and software.
• Provide technical support to end users working on tickets that range from simpler 1st /2nd line issues to more complex 3rd line tasks.
• Provide client assistance and troubleshooting via phone, email and remote screensharing sessions with onsite call outs when required.
• Maintain client systems such as servers, routers, switches etc. Ensuring correct configuration of firewalls, applying of upgrades and patches, configuration changes and continued optimised performance of devices.
• Assist with client Network Infrastructure changes and implementation.
• Maintaining up to date and correctly kept documenting of client information.
