Groups Manager
Current- Serve as the primary point of contact for group leaders and clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of group travel, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals, ensuring all details are executed seamlessly.
- Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers, hotels, restaurants, and other suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Develop detailed itineraries and schedules for group travel, taking into account factors such as transportation times, sightseeing opportunities, and leisure activities.
- Prepare and manage budgets for group travel programs, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Identify potential risks and hazards associated with group travel and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and security of all participants.
