Groups Manager
Current• Serve as the primary point of contact for group leaders and clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.• Plan and coordinate all aspects of group travel, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals, ensuring all details are executed seamlessly.• Negotiate contracts and rates with transportation providers, hotels, restaurants, and other suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing and favorable terms.• Develop detailed itineraries and schedules for group travel, taking into account factors such as transportation times, sightseeing opportunities, and leisure activities.• Prepare and manage budgets for group travel programs, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets.• Identify potential risks and hazards associated with group travel and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them, ensuring the safety and security of all participants.• Supervise and mentor a team of group travel coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.• Assist with marketing efforts to promote group travel packages, including developing promotional materials, attending trade shows, and participating in sales presentations.• Maintain accurate records of group bookings, payments, and correspondence, generating reports as needed to track performance and inform decision-making.• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in group travel management, actively seeking opportunities to enhance our offerings and improve the customer experience.
