I am Jackline,an educator with 7 years experience in teaching English and Literature in high school. I believe students of the 21st century need more than just knowledge. They should be equipped with critical thinking approach. I'm about incorporating higher order thinking skills from Bloom's Taxonomy such as creating,inquiring and critiquing in my lessons.As a teacher,I strive to create a friendly environment and make teaching and learning interactive to maintain the interest and curiosity of my learners in my lessons.•I deliver personalised instructions to each of my learners by encouraging interactive learning.•I also plan and teach lessons in a comprehensive manner through use of IT.•I assess and record student's progress and provide regular feedback.•I collaborate with other teachers,parents and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
