The Sprout Initiative is a youth focused, youth led initiative that seeks to demystify holistic education as tool for achieving sustainable development through the power of information . It seeks to empower the young people and women to exploit their potential regardless of the situations. - Designed programs that are geared towards SDG 4 advocacy- Training of of students in schools as well as organized youth groups on matters entrepreneurship, leadership, career development and education in general- Organizing community engagement programs eg market clean ups to foster responsibility and create awareness on respective SDGs- Conducting gender sessions during mentorship to empower girls and boys separately and train on Sexual Reproductive health education- Leading the team in implementing programs and projects- creating partnerships with relevant stakeholder

Hatua Network puts Education, mentoring and skills development at the center of transformation and breaking the poverty cycle in financially challenged families with academically gifted children. It does so by supporting the said children from since they join their secondary school to tertiary institutions. Then support them to not only transition to workplace but thrive in the workforce. My works involves coaching and training alumni on employability and entrepreneurship skills. Engaging with them from once they graduate to their transitioning to workforce and Helping them thrive in the workforce, standing out in their workplaces. Basically the questions are: How can the students still be engaged and their skills sharpened such that they stand out when not only applying for jobs but also once they get the jobs? How can our alumni be the best hire and what do they need to hone all that is required in the current job market? How can they position themselves and what need they learn and do to transition and thrive in descent work that helps them earn triple their collective household income to beat poverty in their homes? How can they provide value, be reliable collaborative problem solvers that help them stand out in their workplaces?I am the person who helps in crafting solutions to answer the above questions by engaging the alumni, designing and implementing programs and projects as well as supporting the rest of the team in activities that involve molding the students from learning in school throughout to thriving professionals in their chosen careers.

Timeless Women of Wonder is a Pan African non profit organization that seeks to inspire, empower and support women and youth to be part of Africa's social and economic transformation.As the head of Youth programs across Africa, I reimagine and reinvent youth empowerment programs and activities with a focus on building strong resilient and problem solvers out of African youth. I also Lead the Timeless champions of Change movement, the youth movement of the organization. In connection to that, building the movement across Africa is a priority. - Introduced Timeless Champions of Change(TCC) country chapters and implemented in 11 countries Distributed across the regions in Africa- Formulated a Youth engagement strategy that ushered meaningful youth participation and engagement both in social media and during our events online and physical- Designed and implemented MAARIFA program, a program geared towards unlocking youth potential through empowering them with market centric skills for their personal and professional growth- Lead the Web development team to building a youth friendly and youth focused TCC website that increased credibility of TCC and TWOW at large- Organized youth empowerment events whose participation span across Africa, with youth from the defined chapters, other African countries and African youth in Diaspora- Lead the Digital media team in building and implementing the social media and digital strategy for the engagement of the young people and visibility of TCC- Researched on youth development that was geared towards databased decision making on youth and empowerment across Africa- Contributed as a youth panelist during the 2021 Timeless conference youth workshop that saw deliberation of youth and data informed strategies for implementation.- Consolidated youth outcomes in a report that was communicated to stakeholders and informed the youth engagement and empowerment - Created a youth database across Africa that enhanced information

Otogas is a project by Proto company that seeks to revolutionize energy and petroleum industry by providing LPG gas solutions to vehicles as an alternative fuel to diesel and petrol. More sustainable and cleaner energy and climate change friendly.- Created a strategy that saw reduction of the time for contract signing by effectively coordinating with the legal team. The efficiency saw at least one contract signed daily against 1 contract every two weeks that was there previously. This improved the time taken for the end to end process of the whole project- Identified strategic sites for stations set up in Nairobi metropolitan - Oversaw some operations of 3 fueling stations in Nairobi- Forged partnerships with property owners for establishment of more stations around Nairobi- Maintained partnerships and relevant communications between the property partners and the organization for smooth running of operations- Negotiated property on behalf of the company with property owners

ALX is an affiliate of African Leadership Group, a collection of institutions(ALU, ALA, The Room) that seeks to create 3 millions ethical and entrepreneurial leaders by 2035.The role involved planning, preparation, facilitation and assessment of learning for young leaders and after support in the Leadership and Entrepreneurship track. - Assisted in coordination of training for all sessions- Trained on Entrepreneurship and leadership to 60 Young leaders for their career and personal development- Designed data collection tools and strategy that was adopted by the remaining task for taking feedback from young leaders, used to improve the track and other track- Registered attendance of the sessions by the young leaders, variances in attendance and follow ups that ensured holistic molding of young leaders- Supported 60 young leaders in understanding entrepreneurship and leadership concepts as well as evaluating the concepts with Realtime entrepreneurial ventures- Assisted in preparation of sessions for content and materials required for experientials- Contributed in the facilitators meetings that fostered community engagement and cross track learning for facilitators and assistants

Career ownership committee involved assisting the Career Ownership facilitator in activities and sessions to young leaders to help them launch their careers- Assisted in organizing career days for potential employer partners to pitch to young leaders and share opportunities in their various organizations- Helped 60 young leaders in developing professional CVs and dummy cover letters to prepare them for job search- Assigned together with the team, career coaches for 60 young leaders, matching their career interests with those of the career coaches- Conducted mock interviews to some of the young leaders in preparation for the interviews- Shared opportunities to the young leaders for fellowships, trainings and jobs in which some young leaders got offers

Introduced trend lines in data analysis that facilitated trend analysis for Airside safety committee reports. Created data base for incidents and accidents that enhanced data analysis in Ground Flight Safety Department
