- Responsible for development and updating of databases, ensuring accuracy of databases from two long-term research sites, in R and Excel.- Standardisation of protocols and databases of the two research sites, resulting in easier comparative research between the two sites for collaborators.- Generating reports and data analyses to identify new research areas.

- Consulting with Task Force members to identify gaps in knowledge about gibbon and orangutan populations and infrastructure impacts on these ape populations.- Reviewed and summarise available data about primate habitat ranges and threats.- Created a database and GIS maps of infrastructure threats to small apes and orangutans to make evidenced-based conservation decisions.

- Identified and analysed patterns of mining threats, to support decision making in prioritising landscapes and companies to engage with for greatest impact reduction.- Curated information and mapped mining concessions in African ape ranges, resulting in a database and GIS map of patterns of overlap between mining and ape habitats.- Collaborated with stakeholders and graphic designers to produce a set of infographics to communicate mining impacts to the public, available on the Task Force website.

Research Management- Project administration, operations, logistics, financial accounting and participation in key meeting with stakeholders.- Supervision, line-management and capacity building of a multicultural team of 10.- Supported and engaged with the park authority to monitor changes within 14 gorilla groups in the park, to maintain a demographic database of all habituated gorillas.- Planned and led four face-to-face workshops, reaching over 100 park staff.- Ran a photogrammetry research project collecting body size data on 8 gorilla groups.Conservation Education Programme Management- Managed a conservation education programme with 4 local primary schools, providing lessons, teaching trainings, forest walks, tree nurseries and inter-school competitions.- Engaged with teachers and community members to facilitate and evaluate activities that aimed to improve content and develop best practise guidelines.- Wrote reports and communication materials to provide donors and collaborators.

- Collected and entered behavioural data on wild mountain gorillas.- Designed a new electronic data collection protocol and trained staff to use it, resulting in reduced data entry time and cleaner and more standardised data.- Wrote and delivered conservation education lessons to local primary school students.

- Performed habituation and collected behavioural data on wild western lowland gorillas.- Piloted and developed a site wide genetics and hormone sample collection project.- Collected and reviewed camera-trap footage as part of a mammal monitoring dataset.
