Worked on a research project which examined the economic and health disparities associated with the major immigrant communities living around the Salton Sea, located in the Southwest region of the Coachella Valley. Project focused on the sea’s recession in recent years, which has left deposits on the shore, positing significant environmental health risks to locals living in the community, who may have had less access to healthcare.▪ Conducted all manner of research, utilizing various media.▪ Project received perfect markets from faculty graders.

Eden Housing is a leading nonprofit tackling affordable housing issues. Was part of a team focusing on the organization’s financials, capital, and management of owned assets. Responsible for data analysis, updating HUD database, and conducting data analysis on the impact of ERAP payments.▪ Worked on many key projects during tenure, and consistently met all productivity goals.▪ Presented financial projections to the CFO and Board of Directors.

A development economics research apprenticeship through the Agricultural Resources Economics Department of RCNR. Worked on project which forecast locust activity in Sub-Saharan Africa, and the economic consequences of demanding locust storms.▪ Project required extensive data analysis, as well as document interpretation.
