Most recently I have been using my passion for making a difference to work as a Foster Carer, this has required me to use compassion and empathy to build and nurture relationships, whilst caring and advocating for children placed in my care. Prior to this I have 17 years’ experience working within the Gas industry and have an enthusiasm for working with people, I have spent most of my career working within roles that have enabled me to lead and coach people to reach their potential. I do this by creating environments where people feel safe to challenge and explore new ways of working in order improve services for businesses and customers.
